I offer support with the following: SENCO support and training, EHCP applications and reviews, annual reviews, complaints, mediation with parents or LA, Neurodivergence, EOTIS and Alternative Provision packages. I am The Supply SENCO - offering expert, on demand help to schools. Supporting workload issues for schools - getting the to-do list under control! With 8 years experience as a SENCO and 4 years with the LA, I have a breadth of knowledge and understanding of the processes. I offer hands on, professional and timely support. I can take the workload pressure off your SEND team in school and provide the support they need. I am an Expert at Hand, offering Specialist training for your staff.
