Workplace Needs Assessment
An assessment of your needs in the workplace to provide impactful and supportive recommendations.
About This Service
A Workplace Needs Assessment is a tool used to support employees with reasonable adjustments in the workplace; they promote inclusivity and support. I can offer this in addition to, or in combination with, an adult Dyslexia or DCD assessment. Your options as an employer or employee are an assessment through Access to Work, a Government scheme or through using external providers, such as myself. The Access to Work scheme has a very long waiting list. You can use the report to skip the Government assessment process and go straight to discussing the financial support you need to do your job role with Access to Work. By working with me, the assessment and recommendations can be put in place quickly, with a specialist lens on Dyslexia, ADHD or Autism. I work face to face with local employers in Bath, Wiltshire, Swindon and South Gloucestershire, bringing a caring, personal touch to what can be a difficult time in your life at work. What happens? During the assessment, I will gather information from the employer and employee through 1:1 face to face or online meetings. I will listen to your concerns, gather up what needs to be brought together for a successful, productive and impactful way forward. I will made recommendations that match your individual needs; this may include coaching, IT support or well-being support.
