Service Description

A Workplace Needs Assessment provides a personalised overview of how you function in the workplace, what works and what needs support. It is aimed at adults with neurodivergence who need some support with their role or the employer would like guidance on how to support employees. It can be used as evidence for Access to Work. With expert experience of supporting adults with neurodivergence in the workplace, I specialise in Dyslexia and Autism. Your report will take up to 21 days to complete.
