Booking a Diagnostic assessment:
In order to book the assessment your personal information and the information contained within the booking pack will be saved securely by the assessor.
Payment details:
Payment details will be emailed on Invoice to the client and payment will confirm booking.

Tutoring sessions: £40 per hour and are payable in advance in blocks of five lessons (£200), with travel costs applicable for clients at a distance. Tutoring slots are only secured once payment is received.
EHCP Parent Support Meeting: Payment is due in full at time of booking and is non-refundable. The meeting date and time may be rearranged to a mutually convenient time.
Post-assessment School Meeting: Payment is due in full at time of booking and is non-refundable. The meeting date and time may be rearranged to a mutually convenient time.
Access Arrangements: Payment is due at time of booking. Form 8 will be supplied to the parent or school within 72 hours of the assessment.

Terms and Conditions of Payment and Cancellation:

Payment for services is structured to secure appointments and confirm bookings. For a full diagnostic assessment, a non-refundable deposit of £150.00 is required at the time of booking; the appointment will not be confirmed without this payment. The remaining balance of £300 is due seven days prior to the scheduled assessment, with an invoice sent via email for this purpose.
